E-Visa

Citizens of the Republic of India may apply for a unified e-visa (UEV), which may be used for a single entry into the Russian Federation with a wide spectre of purposes: private or business visit, tourism, participation in scientific, cultural, sociopolitical, economic, sports events, as well as establishing such connections and contacts. 

! UEV has several key features:

- no extra documents (tourist vouchers, confirmations, invitations, etc.) are required – a filled in application form, uploaded photo and the passport page with the machine-readable zone are enough;

- no requirement to apply at Russian diplomatic missions, consular offices or visa centres – an applications may be submitted online from anywhere;

- flexible duration: you can take an up to 16-days trip during the 60-days period starting on the date of issue. Kindly note that you are to depart no later than on the 60th day from the date of issue.

! Kindly take into account that you should apply for a UEV directly, approaching agents for the same may lead to critical mistakes resulting in denial of entry into the Russian Federation and your personal data being accessed by third party facilitators.
