The Russian side was represented by Mr. Alexey Idamkin, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Kolkata, Mr. Valentin Makarov, President the largest Russian non-profit association of software developers “RUSSOFT”, Mr. Vadim Kokotkov, Vice-President of “Bee Pitron” company and a representative of the “RUSSOFT” in India as well as experts of the Russian IT companies “Findinamika”, “Saint-Petersburg Technopark”, “SearchInform”.
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Yadava, Managing Director of Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (AMTRON), Ms. Perminder Jeet Kaur, Director for East and Northeast India, ASSOCHAM, Mr. Gaurav Dhwaj, Director of Qamronic India Private Limited, and Mr. Pratik Nag, Financial Management Consultant, AMTRON, took part in the event from the Indian side.
Mr. Alexey Idamkin welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of a constructive dialogue between Russian IT companies and representatives of the Indian IT industry. He further elaborated on the importance of digital transformation and highlighted the need for expansion of the bilateral interaction. During the conference the participants presented Russian cutting-edge designs in blockchain, high-performance computing technologies, augmented and virtual reality, and cybersecurity. The parties discussed exchange of national experience in establishing public-private partnerships, adapting the latest technologies as well as capacity-building of digital solutions for inclusive sustainable development.
